关节镜结合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘    要:目的 探讨膝关节骨性关节炎采用关节镜结合中药治疗的临床效果.方法 选择我院2009年6月~2011年6月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组40例单纯采用关节镜清理治疗,观察组40例在此基础上结合中药治疗,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 观察组40例中,治愈30例,显效4例,有效5例,无效1例,有效率为97.5%.对照组40例中,治愈24例,显效6例,有效2例,无效8例,有效率为80%.观察组优于对照组临床有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Lequence膝关节严重指数评分两组治疗后情况均优于治疗前,治疗6个月后情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 关节镜为治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法,结合中药治疗可明显提高临床效果,改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,明显改善了患者生存质量.

Arthroscopy combined with Chinese herbs in treating knee joint osteoarthritis
Abstract:Objective Osteoarthritis of knee by arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2009 June to 2011 June were patients with knee osteoarthritis in 80 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in control group by simple arthroscopic treatment,the observation group 40 cases on the basis of the combination of Chinese medicine treatment,two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The observation group 40 cases,30 cases were cured,4 cases,effective in 5 cases,1 cases are invalid,efficiency of 97.5%.40 cases in the control group,24 cases were cured,6 cases,effective in 2 cases,8 cases are invalid,efficiency of 80%.The observation group was better than the control group in the clinical efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Lequence knee severity index score in two groups after the treatment were better than before treatment,after 6 months of treatment were significantly better than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee and effective method,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the function of knee joint,reduce pain,improve quality of life in patients with.
