全身振动对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响

摘    要:本文采用补体致敏酵母菌血凝法,检测了全身振动对小鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响。结果显示,在血凝滴度1:8时,振动实现组小鼠的红细胞血凝阳性率为26.67%,无振动实验对照组小鼠的红细胞血凝阳性率为63.33%,二者相比,阳性率有明显差异(P〉0.05),前者降低。实验提示,全身振动对小鼠的红细胞免疫粘附功能具有抑制作用。

Abstract:The effect of whole body vibration on RCIA function in mice was analyzed by RBC agglutination test with complementary sensitizing yeast. The result showed that positive rates of yeasthaemagglutination (YHA) in the experiment and control groups were 26. 67% and 63. 33% respectively. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05),when RBC agglutinatingtiter was 1 : 8. This study revealed that RCIA function in mice could be decreased by whole bodyvibration.
