对甘肃回族、藏族、汉族人群CYP2C19基因多态性分析

目的：确定细胞色素P4502C19（CYP2C19）在甘肃地区回族、藏族、汉族人群中的基因型及等位基因分布特征,并考察性别对其基因多态性的影响。方法：选取甘肃地区回族、藏族、汉族无亲缘关系健康志愿者,采用多聚酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法分析CYP2C19基因多态性。结果：检测到CYP2C19的6个基因型,其分布在男性和女性间无显著差异,但在3个民族间分布差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：在甘肃地区回族、藏族、汉族健康人群中,CYP2C19的基因型分布有显著差异,而性别对CYP2C19遗传多态性无显著影响。

Analysis of genetic polymorphism of cytochrome P4502C19 in Chinese Hui,Zang and Han populations from Gansu

Objective：To identify the genotype and allele distribution feature of cytochrome P450 2C19（CYP2C19） in Chinese Hui,Zang and Han populations from Gansu area,and observe the effect of gender on genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19 in these populations.Methods：The CYP2C19 genotypes of the unrelated healthy Hui,Zang and Han population volunteers were assessed by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）.Results：Six different CYP2C19 genotypes were determined in this study.There was no significant difference in their distribution between males and females,but significant difference among the three Chinese nationalities（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nationality has significant effect on genetic polymorphism of CYP2C19 in Chinese Hui,Zang and Han populations from Gansu area,but gender has no effect.
