摘    要:
目的探讨经皮Herbert螺钉内固定治疗新鲜腕舟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对本院2004年1月~2010年10月期间采用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗的18例新鲜腕舟骨骨折病例进行回顾性分析。骨折根据Herbert分型A2型10例,B2型6例,B3型2例。结果所有病人均获随访,随访时间为5~18个月,平均8个月,骨折均获骨性愈合。按改良Mayo腕关节功能评分,优12例,良5例,尚可1例,优良率为94%。结论对急性腕舟骨骨折患者采用经皮闭合复位Herbert螺钉内固定治疗,效果满意,具有疤痕小,重返工作时间短的优势。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acute scaphoid fractures treated by closed reduction and Herbert screw fixation.Methods A retrospective study was carried out of 18 patients with a mean follow-up of 8 months﹙range 5 to 18 months﹚treated by internaI fixation with Herbert screw from January 2004 to October 2010.The fractures were categorized according to Herbert classification 10 cases were of type A2,6 cases of type B2,2 cases of type B3.Results All the patients were followed up for 5 to 18 months﹙8 months on average﹚.All fracture healed.Using the Mayo wrist score,excellent results were achieved in 12 cases,good in 5,general in 1.Rate of excellent and good result was 94%.Conclusions Percutaneous fixation of acute scaphoid fracture is a simple,rapid technique characterized by low morbidity rates and scarce significant complications,which accelerates the patients’functional recovery.
