| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在膀胱镜下取双J管过程中应用视听联合分散法对缓解患者疼痛的影响。方法将300例膀胱镜下取双J管患者按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组按常规配合膀胱镜下取双J管,观察组在对照组的基础上应用视听分散法配合取双J管。观察两组患者疼痛程度以及血压、心率的变化情况。结果观察组患者操作过程中疼痛程度低于对照组,操作前中后血压及心率变化平稳。结论膀胱镜下取双J管中应用视听联合分散法可降低患者疼痛感,利于拔管。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of audiovisual distraction on relieving patients＇ pain during pulling out double J pipe via cystoscope.Method Divide 300 patients undergoing pulling out double-J pipe via cystoscope into observation group and control group equally according to hospitalization order.Patients in control group receiving pulling out double-J pipe via cystoscope by routine method.Patients in observation group receive audiovisual distraction based on routine meth od.Observe patients＇ pain and change on blood pressure and heart rate.Result Patients in observation group have lower level of pain than patients in control group and have steady blood pressure and heart rate in and after operation.Conclusion Audiovisual distraction applied on pulling out double-J pipe via cystoscope can relieve patients＇ pain and make extubation easier. |
