丹东口岸2006年出入境人员B超检查结果分析

目的通过对出入境人员健康体检中B超检查结果的分析，了解这一人群的健康状况和患病特点，以便更加有效地制定防治措施，为其提供有针对性的国际旅行健康指导。方法收集2006年1～11月经丹东口岸出入境的6090名体检人员超声检查结果，进行统计学处理。结果发现各种阳性体征996例，占体检人数的16.35％，疾病种类达24种，以脂肪肝检出率最高达330例，占病例总数的33．13％，肝囊肿121例，占病例总数的12．15％，胆囊息肉样变71例，占7．13％，胆囊结石68例，占6．83％，肝血管瘤50例，还有肝硬化3例，肝癌1例，肾结石伴肾中重度积水2例。结论这些检查结果为出入境人员健康咨询和医学指导提供了科学依据，同时使各种疾病能够早发现、早治疗，为出入境人员提供全面的健康保障。

The analysis on B ultrasound results of entry-exit people at Dandong Port,2006

Objective To understand the situation of disease distribution in this group of persons. Methods Do statistical analysis on the B ultrasound results of 6,090 entry-exit people from Jan. through Nov of 2006. Results 996 cases of positive signs were found, accounts for 16.35% ( 996/6,900 ) of total examinees. 24 kinds of diseases were detected, they are fatty liver 33.13%(330/996), liver cyst 12.15% (121/996), gallbladder polypi 7.13%(71/996), gallbladder calculi 6.83%(68/996), liver hemangiomas 5.02%(50/996), liver cirrhosis 0.3%(3/996), liver cancer 0.1%(1/996), kidney calculi and renal hydrocele 0.2%(2/996) respectively. Conclusion These clinical data can be used to find and treat the diseases earlier among entry-exit people, so it is very meaningful to keep them healthy.
