矩形髓内针治疗胫腓骨骨折

目的 探讨矩形髓内针治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法分别采用“双上式”、“前侧重叠式”两种矩形针髓内固定法治疗胫腓骨骨折。结果随访3-24mo。骨性愈合时间4-12mo。按pintore标准评定疗效，本组优158例，良17例，可3例。皮肤浅表感染6例，无深部感染、骨不连、畸形愈合、踝关节功能障碍及矩形针断裂发生。结论该内固定治疗符合胫骨解剖学特点，对骨折愈合干扰小，有利于早期功能锻炼，内固定材料费用低，适应于基层医院推广、应用。

Rectangle-shaped lntramedullary Nail Used for Tibiofibular Fracture

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the rectangle-shaped intramedullary nail used for tibiofibular fracture. Methods Intramedullary fixation was adopted using double superior and ventral overlapping rectangle-shaped intramedullary nail to treat the tibiofibular fracture. Results All cases were followed up for 3-24mo, with the time to synostosis ranging from 4-12mo. The effectiveness was assessed according to criteria of Printore, and showed that of all cases, 158 were excellent, 17 good, and the remaining 3fair. The superficial skin infection was present in 6 cases, and all cases were in the absence of deep infection, bone nonunion, deformed healing, ankle joint dysfunction and collapse of the rectangle-shaped intramedullary nail Conclusion The internal fixation above is consistent with anatomical features of the tibia, has less effect on fracture healing, .facilitates the early functional exercise, and has lower cost of the tixation material, worthy of using widely in basic hosoital.
