双氧水肾盂灌洗治疗乳糜尿68例

目的:探讨双氧水肾盂灌洗治疗乳糜尿患者的临床疗效并探讨其注意事项。方法:分析68例乳糜尿患者,其中男39例,女29例;左侧39例,右侧23例,双侧6例;术前均经膀胱镜检查及尿乙醚试验确诊,均行膀胱镜下逆行插管至肾盂,行双氧水肾盂灌洗,术中术后注意观察全身情况、腰腹部疼痛及胃肠道反应。结果:全组68例患者治疗后累计64例(94.12%)乳糜尿消失,获得随访1～10年者共60例,其中58例(96.67%)乳糜尿无复发,2例(3.33%)于治疗1～3年后复发;术后少数患者出现低热、腰痛、恶心、呕吐等不良反应,能自行好转或对症处理后消失。结论:本法操作简单,容易掌握,安全有效、不良反应较小、复发率低、医疗费用较低、患者乐于接受,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of hydrogen peroxide in thereatment of 68 patients with chylous urine

Objective To observe the effect of hydrogen peroxide in the treatment of patients with chylous urine.Method Total 68 patients with chylous urine were observed.There were 39 male and 29 female.For 39 cases were in left side,23 in right side and 6 in both sides.All the cases were diagnosed by cystoscopy and chyluria test.They were received renal perfusion with hydrogen peroxide.The patients′ conditions were observed carefully during and after renal perfusion.Results Chylous urine disappeared in 64 patients.Total efficiency rate was 94.12%(64/68).60 cases were followed up for 1~10years,only 2 cases recurred 1~3 years after renal perfusion.The incidence of side effects was low and disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate.It is effective and safe with low side effect,low recurrence rate and low medical expenditure.It can be accepted readily by patients and deserve further clinical application.
