流动人口艾滋病流行及其危险因素

随着我国经济的高速发展,流动人口的数量和规模的日益增长,估计约有1.2～1.3亿人由农村流向城市务工,流动人口在艾滋病的传播与流行中所起的作用越来越受到重视。目前,流动人口已被视为艾滋病感染和传播的脆弱人群和桥梁人群,促进艾滋病从高危人群像一般人群扩散。作者主要对流动人口艾滋病流行情况,以及影响艾滋病流行的危险因素进行综述,为开展有针对性的预防控制措施提供依据,从而控制艾滋病在流动人口中的传播。

Prevalence of HIV/AIDS among floating population and its risk factors

With the development of economy in China,the number and size of floating population have increasing.It is estimated that about 120-130 million people transfer from countryside to city,and migrants have played a significant role in the spread of HIV/AIDS.At present,the floating population is regarded as the high-risk population and bridge populations of transmission of HIV infection,which promote the HIV/AIDS diffuse from high-risk population to general population.This article describes the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in floating population and risk factors of HIV/AIDS,in order to provide the basis for implementation of prevention and control measures,and control the HIV/AIDS transmission among floating population.
