| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨婴幼儿先天性肌性斜颈的超声分型及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析86例先天性斜颈患儿胸锁乳突肌的超声表现,对其图像进行分析总结。结果:所有先天性斜颈患儿患侧胸锁乳突肌声像图均发生明显异常改变,其中78例表现为局部肿块型,8例表现为均匀增厚型。结论:高频超声对诊断婴幼儿先天性肌性斜颈有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate ultrasonic type and diagnostic value of the infants with congenital muscular torticollis.Method A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of congenital torticollis in children hospital sternocleidomastoid ultrasonographic images were analyzed and summarized.Results All children with congenital torticollis ipsilateral sternocleidomastoid sonogram significant abnormal changed,of which 78 cases were local mass-type,8 cases showed uniform thickening type.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of infants with congenital muscular torticollis has a certain value. |
