| 摘 要： | 解剖５０例成人心脏冠状动脉，观察由冠状动脉发出的分布于心房与心室的共同的动脉小干及其返支。由心房动脉支发出的返支向下越过冠状沟入心室壁的称炎这房室外，由心室动脉支发出的返支向上越过冠状沟入心房壁的称之为室房支。 |

| Abstract: | The atrioventricular and ventriculoatrial recurrent branches of the coronarv arteries wereobserved and measured in 50 adult human hearts. The recurrent branches were found in 48% of the 50 heart. The percentage was lower than that DiDio's papers, which was 74% in 50 Brazilian hearts and 95% in 40 Caucasian hearts. DiDiO supposes that the high percentage in Caucasian hearts is related with the race. We agree to this supposition since the percentage is only 48% in Chinese hearts. From a morphological standpoint, the AV and VA may constitute a third group of arteries which are destined to supply solely atrial and ventricular walls. The physiopathological significance of these recurrent branches is discussed in this paper. |
