| 摘 要： | 中枢神经系统损伤后,因内在的再生能力差,外在环境存在的抑制因素,轴突难以再生.本文将从中枢神经病变的病因、用于中枢神经修复的细胞移植治疗、干细胞基因治疗、中枢修复的材料的研究等方面,对中枢神经修复的最新研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Central nervous system(CNS) is difficult to regenerate due to the weak capability of self-regeneration and the inhibition factors of environment.This paper reviewed the advances in the research of CNS rehabilitation.The recent advances of pathogenesis of CNS lesions,cell transplantation therapy,stem cell gene therapy,as well as biomaterials in CNS injury repairing were all discussed. |
