脑卒中伴运动性失语病人语言康复护理的效果观察

目的：探讨语言康复护理对脑卒中后运动性失语病人语言功能的疗效。方法：将60例病人随机分为对照组28例,给予脑血管病常规护理,观察组32例,在脑血管疾病常规护理的基础上配合语言功能训练,以语言功能评定、失语程度评定以及疗效等级作为观测指标。结果：经过不同方法干预后,观察组病人语言功能恢复程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：语言康复护理对脑卒中运动性失语病人有明显的康复作用。

Effect obseryation on language rehabilitation nursing on cerebral apoplexy patients with motor aphasia

bjective： To investigate the efecs of language rehabilitation training on apoplectic aphasia. Methods ：60 patients with apoplectic aphasia were randomly divided into 2 groups. 28 Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing of cerebrovaseular Disease. 32 patients in the observer group are treated with routine nursing and language rehabilitation training. Chinese functional communication, the aphasia quotient and Boston diagnosistieophasia used to assess the language function before and a.6,.er the therapy. Results： The effective rate of the observer group was superior to that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The language rehabilitation nursing is an effective therapy on apoplectic aphasia.
