脊柱支撑器对胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位并截瘫的康复作用

Harrington装置可使胸腰段脊柱骨折和骨折脱位者获得良好复位。由于它对脊柱有坚固的稳定作用,因而对截瘫病人的护理也较为适宜,手术方法简单,易于掌握和推广。1981～1986年用脊柱支撑器治疗78例胸腰骨折脱位并截瘫。其中41例不完全瘫痪者功能得到了恢复,37例完全性瘫痪中12例感觉、运动有部分恢复,术后有两例在8和3个月时脱钩。本文还就手术方法及一些临床问题进行了讨论。作者认为这一手术对这类截瘫病人的康复是一种有较好疗效的手段。

THE USE OF HARRINGTON INSTRUMENTATION IN UNSTABLE THORACOLUM3AR SPINE FRACTURE DISLOCATIONS WITH PARAPLEGIA FOR REHABILITATION ACTION

Harrington instrumentation is able to maintain the anatomical reduction gained during surgical intervention for unstable fractures and fracture-dislocations of the thoracic and lumbar spine. Firn fixation of the spine makes nursing care easier and minimizes the morbidity afterwards. The technique is easy to master and so it is worth recommending, Since 1981 to 1986, 78 cases of thoraco-lumbar fracture-dislocation with paraplegia were so treated. Funotional recovery was seen in all of the 41 cases with incomplete paraplegia and slight improvement in sensation and motion was seen in 12 of 37 cases with complete paraplegia. Two cases after operation were lcoosened the steel rod in 8 and 3 months.The operative technique and linic problems were described in detail. This mathod is believed a seful way for rehabilitation of these patients.
