| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析学兵人群流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情的原因和规律,为预防控制类似的突发公共卫生事件提供有益的借鉴经验。方法采用流行病学调查方法,对发病和未发病人群进行流行病学分析。结果疫情发病特点为起病急,潜伏期短,临床症状相似,11名患者不同程度出现发热、单侧或双侧腮腺肿大等症状,病例集中发生在一个学兵队,罹患率为6.18%;经采取针对性预防措施,疫情很快得到控制,所有患者无并发症发生。结论确定本次学兵人群发病是一起来自流行性腮腺炎疫情部队的学兵感染发病传入而引起的暴发疫情,建议学兵和新兵人群在入学或入伍时,接种腮腺炎疫苗进行预防本病。
