105例扁平苔藓临床及组织病理研究

目的 探讨扁平苔藓的临床和组织病理的特点。方法 收集105例扁平苔藓，分析，总结其临床资料和组织前理学的特点。结果 男女患病率比为1.5：1．好发部位为四肢、胸背和黏膜，临床可表现为各种类型。组织病理均符合扁平苔鲜主要的病理改变．只是病变程度不同，各型有不同的特点。结论 扁平苔藓有特征性的临床和病理特点，早期病变基底膜带破坏比病变晚者严重；对于临床表现不典型者应行组织病理检查。

Analysis of clinical and histopathological features of 105 cases with Lichen Planus

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and pathological characteristies of Lichen Planus.Methods We gathered 105 cases with Lichen Planus,and then analysized the clinical and histopathological feature of them.Results The mobidity rate of man to women was 1.5 to 1.The predilection sites were limbs,chestbacks and mucous membrane,while the clinical features represented various.Histopathological features of the cases were all consistent with those of Lichen Planus,and we could see pathological changes in different cases and various characteristies in each type.Conclusion Lichen Planus has distinctive clinical and histopathological features,and cases with earlier process are destroyed much more serious in basement membrane zone than those with later affection.We should exert histopathological examinations to finally diagnosis those cases with non-typieal clinical features.
