| 摘 要： | 目的：了解克山病病区膳食营养素水平,为探索病因提供依据。方法：用5日称量法对病区、非病区进行膳食调查。以非参数统计法对调查结果进行对比。结果：病区膳食营养素缺乏,蛋白质、热量等较非病区偏低。结论：膳食营养缺乏与克山病发病有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the meal nutrimental level of the Chronic Keshan Disease and provide the reference data for exploring the pathogeny.Methods:With the 5-day measuring method,to investigate the meals of the Disease area and non-disease area.With the non-data statistics method to compare the investigation results.Result:The nutriment is lacked in the disease area.The protein and the heat quantity are lower than the non-disease area.conclusion:Lack of the nutriment is relative to the chronic Keshan Disease. |
