步长稳心颗粒治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

目的观察步长稳心颗粒对不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择不稳定性心绞痛患者92例,随机分为两组,对照组常规给予东凌克栓酶;治疗组在对照组基础上加用步长稳心颗粒,3次/d,1包（9 g）/1次,长期维持。结果治疗组与对照组近期疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组停药2周后,血浆纤维蛋白原浓度上升至用药前水平,而治疗组可维持理想水平。前者6个月后有6例（13.95%）复发,而后者仅1例（2%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论步长稳心颗粒可改善不稳定性心绞痛的临床症状,且近远期疗效显著,可长期应用,提高了用药的安全性。

Clinical study on effect of buchang wenxin grain on unstable angina patients

Objective To investigate the effect of Buchang Wenxin grain（BCWX grain） on unstable angina patients（UAP）.Methods 92 patients（age 62.7±7.8 years） with unstable angina were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group（taking BCWX grain after being administered DF-521）,the control group（only being administered DF-521）,symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment.Results The plasma fibrinogen concentration of two groups lowered significantly recently.While the plasma fibrinogen concentration of control group rising to the levels of before treatment within 2 weeks,which of the treatment group continued as the lower levels.Conclusion BCWX grain could lower the plasma fibrinogen concentration,which recent and long-term effect is very significant.
