摘    要:目的:优选葛根芩连汤提取工艺。方法:以提取液中葛根素、黄芩苷含量以及固形物收率为指标,以溶媒用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为用8倍药材量的50%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为进一步开发利用该制剂提供理论参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Gegen qinlian decoction. METHODS: The extraction technology of Gegen qinlian decoction was optimized by orthogonal experiment taking the contents of puerarin, baicalin, and the yield of solid substance as indexes with the amount of solvent, the extraction time and extraction times as factors. RE- SULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 50% alcohol at an amount of 8-fold that of solid medicinal substance was added to the medicinal substance to be reflux extracted twice (1.5 hours/time).CONCLUSION: The extraction technology was reasonable, stable and feasible, and it serves as theoretic basis for further development and utilization of Gegen qinlian decoction.
