摘    要:目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:在25℃、37℃下6h内,考察配伍液的外观、pH值和硫酸头孢噻利的紫外光谱的变化;采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中硫酸头孢噻利的含量。结果:6h内,注射用硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液的配伍液外观、pH值、紫外光谱及含量无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液在6h内配伍稳定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of cefoselis sulfate for injection in xylitol injection. METHODS: The mixture of cefoselis sulfate for injection and xylitol injection was observed within 6 h after mixing were observed at 25℃ and 37℃ with regard to its appearance, pH value, and UV spectra of cefoselis. The content of cefoselis sulfate in the mixture was determined by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS: No marked change was noted for the mixture within 6 hours after mixing in terms of the appearance, pH value, ultraviolet absorption spectra and content. CONCLUSION: Cefoselis sulsate for injection is stable within 6 hours after mixing with xylitol injection.
