| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:在25℃、37℃下6h内,考察配伍液的外观、pH值和硫酸头孢噻利的紫外光谱的变化;采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍液中硫酸头孢噻利的含量。结果:6h内,注射用硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液的配伍液外观、pH值、紫外光谱及含量无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢噻利与木糖醇注射液在6h内配伍稳定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the stability of cefoselis sulfate for injection in xylitol injection. METHODS： The mixture of cefoselis sulfate for injection and xylitol injection was observed within 6 h after mixing were observed at 25℃ and 37℃ with regard to its appearance, pH value, and UV spectra of cefoselis. The content of cefoselis sulfate in the mixture was determined by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS： No marked change was noted for the mixture within 6 hours after mixing in terms of the appearance, pH value, ultraviolet absorption spectra and content. CONCLUSION： Cefoselis sulsate for injection is stable within 6 hours after mixing with xylitol injection. |
