| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定抽动宁胶囊中天麻素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为依利特C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(3∶97),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为221nm。结果:天麻素进样量在0.051～0.357μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为98.99%,RSD=1.91%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于抽动宁胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gastrodin in Choudongning capsule. METHODS： The sample was determined on Elite C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ; the mobile phase consisted of methanol - water（3 ： 97） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1; the detection wavelength was set at 221 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of gastrodin was from 0.051μg to 0.357μg（r =0.9999） and its average recovery was 98.99%（RSD = 1.91%, n = 6） .CONCL- USION： The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of Choudongning capsule. |
