摘    要:
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定驱虫斑鸠菊中紫铆素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(40∶60),检测波长为280nm。结果:紫铆素进样量在0.01~0.5mg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为93.6%,RSD=2.89%(n=9)。结论:本法简单、准确,可用于驱虫斑鸠菊的质量控制。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for determination of butin in Vernonia anthemintica . METHODS: The samples were determined on Hypersil ODS column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.5% HaPO4 (40 : 60) and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of butin was 0.01-- 0.5 rag( r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 93.6% (RSD = 2.89%, n = 9) .CONCLUSION : The method is simple and accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of butin in V.anthelmintica.
