| Abstract: | The article tries to find a new work mode of the management on building party branch in university retired teachers and staff based on the three-year practice of the author. The function and the contents of the new work mode are described, when the younger CPC cadre served as the chief secretary of the party branch in retirees. The paper argues that such younger cadre should have a fixed position while at work. The feasibility and defection of the new job mode are discussed. |
