血清脂质水平与结直肠癌远处转移的相关性分析

目的:研究血清脂质水平与结直肠癌远处转移的相关性.方法:选择病理确诊为结直肠癌的患者166例,其中男86例,女80例;有远处转移的20例,无远处转移的146例.对收集的病例资料进行回顾性研究,利用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析.结果:男性比女性发生远处转移的概率高,合并糖尿病的患者发生远处转移的概率显著高于未合并糖尿病的患者(P<0.05);大于等于60周岁与小于60周岁的病例发生远处转移的概率无显著差异;发生远处转移的患者血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白水平显著高于无转移的患者(P<0.05),两组病例中高密度脂蛋白及甘油三酯无显著差异(P＞0.05).将以上各项因素进行Logistic回归分析发现,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯与结直肠癌远处转移呈负相关,低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白与结直肠癌远处转移呈正相关.结论:性别、糖尿病、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白可作为结直肠癌远处转移的独立危险因素.

Analysis of the association between the levels of serum lipids and metastasis of colorectal cancer

Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of serum lipids and metastasis of colorectal cancer.Methods: 166 patients were diagnosed colorectal cancer by pathology,including 86 males,80 females,146 without metastasis and 20 with metastasis.We did a retrospective study by collecting the patients’ statistics.Results: The metastasis probability of male patients was significantly higher than females.The metastasis probability of patients with diabetes was obviously higher than those without diabetes.There was no significant difference between patients less than 60 years old and more than 60 years old.The levels of serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein of patients with metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis.When these factors were taken into logistic regression analysis,sex,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein still showed significant differences.Conclusion: Sex,diabetes,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein may be a dependent risk aspect of colorectal cancer.
