妇产科多媒体课件设计与临床教学结果分析

目的：探讨妇产科多媒体课件设计及该课件在临床教学中的效果。方法：实验组为临床专业2006级228名学生，应用该妇产科多媒体课件实施多元化教学；对照组为随机抽取的既往临床专业162名学生，实施传统的教学法。调查实验组学生对多媒体多元化教学的满意度及课后作业优良率，比较两组学生的各项考核成绩。结果：学生对多媒体教学及多元化教学满意度达96％，通过实验组与对照组的比较，教学效果有显著的差异性，P〈0．01。结论：应用本课件结合多元化教学激发了学生的学习热情及兴趣，增强了学生的认知能力、发现能力，调动了学生在课堂上的主动性和创造性，体现了以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学理念。
