美英高等教育评估机构的特点及对我国的启示——以美国的CIHE和英国的QAA为例

高等教育的健康发展要由高等教育评估体系来保证。美英两国的高等教育评估机构具有中立性、独立性和规范性等特点,发展日臻成熟,这对于发展和完善我国的高教教育评估机构,具有很好的借鉴意义。在我国,可以大力发展中介性的教育评估机构,加强其工作的公开性和透明度,并努力做到与国际接轨。

The Characteristics of American and British Higher Education Evaluation Organizations and Implication for China: the example of CIHE and QAA

Evaluation system guarantees the healthy and stable growth of higher education. The development of American and British evaluation organizations has been in more mature stage because they are neutral, independent and standardized. They can serve as good reference for developing and perfecting the corresponding organizations in our country. W can expand higher education evaluation agencies, strengthen the openness and transparence of their work, and try our best to meet the international standard.
