| 摘 要： | 目的研究抗炎舒胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀，醋酸致小鼠腹膜毛细血管通透性增高，棉球植入致大鼠足肉芽肿，热板法试验、冰醋酸致小鼠扭体等方法观察抗炎舒胶囊镇痛及抗炎作用。结果抗炎舒胶囊对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿有一定的抑制作用，可明显拮抗醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高，亦能明显提高小鼠热板法痛阈，抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数。结论抗炎舒胶囊具有明显抗炎、镇痛作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anti - inflammatory and analgesic actions of Kang-yan shu capsule. Methods Analgesic action of Kang-yan shu capsule was observed by hot - plate method and acetic - acid - induced body twist method .
