| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫-腹腔镜联合诊治输卵管因素不孕症的临床疗效及优势。方法:收集100例输卵管因素不孕症的患者临床资料,回顾性分析经宫-腹腔镜联合诊治的情况。结果:100例不孕症中共189条输卵管,其中144条有梗阻或通而不畅,45条通畅;术后输卵管疏通率达56.9%。术后随访10～30个月,已有32例患者受孕(受孕率32.0%)。结论:宫-腹腔镜联合使用能安全有效地疏通输卵管,提高手术成功率,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and superiority of hysteroscopy-laparoscopic method for diagnosis and treatment of infertility due to oviduct factors.Methods:Selected the clinical data of 100 cases with infertility due to oviduct factors,retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of these cases.Results:In the 100 infertility cases(189 oviducts),144 oviducts were blocked,of which 59.45% were smooth after the surgery.According to 10-30 months followed-up,32 patients were pregnant(pregnancy rate was 32.0%).Conclusions:The hysteroscopy-laparoscopic method is safe and effective to clear the oviduct,it can increase the success rate of the surgery,thus can be applied in large scale. |
