微螺钉种植体支抗与横腭杆支抗对减数矫治临床疗效的对比

摘    要:目的:比较微螺钉种植体支抗与横腭杆增强磨牙支抗的效果和对矫治疗程的影响。方法:选择本院本科室就诊的上颌前突患者42名,随机分为两组,分别采用种植体支抗和横腭杆支抗,对两组治疗前后的x线头颅侧位片测量并通过Paneherz分析法进行对比分析,同时记录并比较两组的正畸疗程。结果:种植支抗组较横腭杆支抗组在上中切牙位置方面改善明显,上磨牙位置更为稳定,正畸疗程更短(23.26±3.12)m vs(26.58±4.76)m,均P〈0.01。结论:种植支抗比传统横腭杆支抗增强上颌支抗的临床效果更为理想,其矫治疗程也明显短于传统横腭杆支抗。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the impacts of microscrew implant and transpalatal arch on promoting anchorage of molars and the course of dental appliance therapy. Methods: We enrolled forty-two patients with maxillary protrusion from the department of stomatology, Chenxinghai Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College and were randomly allocated into microscrew implant group and transpalatal arch group, respectively. Lateral X-ray encephalogram was performed prior to and after treatment for Pancherz's analysis and comparison of total treatment course. Results: As compared with transpalatal arch group, microserew implant group presented marked improvement in upper incisors ( P 〈 0. 001 ), more stable conditions in upper molars ( P 〈 0. 001 ) and shorter treatment course[ (23.26 ±3.12) months vs (26.58 ± 4.76) months, P 〈 0. 01 ]. Conclusion: Microscrew implant confers preferable anchorage enhancement and shorter treatment course than transpalatal arch.
