丹参注射液对急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用

目的 研究丹参注射液对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及其机制.方法 连续7d小鼠尾静脉注射丹参注射液,继而用CCl4形成急性肝损伤,测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的水平,以及肝匀浆中丙二醛(M DA) 和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并观察肝脏的形态学变化.结果 丹参注射液各剂量组均能降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT和AST水平,同时增高肝脏中SOD水平、抑制MDA水平,从而减轻肝损伤程度.结论 丹参注射液对小鼠急性肝损伤具有明显保护作用.

Protective Effect of Salvia Injections on Acute Liver Injury in Mice

OBJECTIVE To research the protective effect of Sal via Injections on acute liver injury in mice caused by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).METH ODS After tail vein injection of Salvia Injections for seven days,the mice were given CCl4 to form acute liver injury.The levels of ALT and AST in serum were determin ed and the levels of MDA and SOD in liver homogenate were measured.The morphol ogical changes of the liver were observed.RESULTS Salvia Inje ctions could sig nificantly decrease the vitalities of ALT,AST and MDA.The level of SOD was inc reased.CONCLUSION Salvia Injections on acute liver injury in mice has obvious protective effect.
