应对方式和人格特征对成年癫痫患者生活质量的影响

目的 :探讨应对方式和人格特征对癫痫患者生活质量的影响。方法 :对符合入选标准的 36例癫痫患者进行生活质量综合评定量表、应对方式问卷、艾森克个性问卷评定。结果 :癫痫患者生活质量综合评定量表的四个维度中以躯体功能得分最低 ,物质功能得分最高。癫痫患者应对方式是以自责和幻想为特点 ,个性是以神经质为特征。相关分析发现 ,自责和神经质与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈负相关 ,分别达 - 0 .83和 - 0 .81 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。外向人格特征和应对方式中的解决问题维度与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈正相关 ,分别达 0 .81和 0 .5 2 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :癫痫患者的生活质量受其自身的心理特征影响。临床医生有必要给予相应的心理干预 ,将会有助于提高癫痫患者的生活质量

Effect of the Coping Styles and Personality Characteristic on Quality of Life of Adults with Epilepsy

Objective:To explore the effect of the coping styles and personality characteristic on quality of life of adults with epilepsy.Methods:The generie quality of life inventory 74 and coping styles questionnaire and eysenck personality questionnair were administered to 36 adults with epilepsy who met the entry criteria.Results: In adults with epilepsy's characteristics in the generie quality of life inventory 74 the body function was the worst and the substance function was the best.The self accusation and mirage were especially coping styles in the adults with epilepsy.The personality characteristic of the adults with epilepsy was neuroticism.It was reveal that the self accusation and mirage and the full score of generie quality of life inventory 74 was negative correlation(r=_0.83 and _0.81)(P<0.005),and the extrovision in personality characteristic and solve difficulty in coping styles and the full score of generie quality of life inventory 74 was positive correlation(r=0.81 and 0.52)(P<0.005)in the correlation analysis.Conclusions:The quality of life of adults with epilepsy are affected by themselves's psychological characteristic.It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to the adults with epilepsy, and it is effective to ameliorate the quality of life in adults with epilepsy by psychological support.
