| 摘 要： | 本文研究了叶蝉散的水解产物邻异丙基酚在硼酸-NaOH－EDTA底液中与MBTH偶合生成物，在电位-0.35V（VS、S、C、E）处的极谱行为，加入等体积的乙醇可提高方法灵敏度和稳定性。方法灵敏度高，较比色法高一个多数量级；线性范围广，0．04～1．5PPm与峰高成正比；合并变异系数4.1％；平均回收率96％～99．2％；方法操作简便、快速，干扰少；样品分析结果与比色法无差异。 |

| Abstract: | The polarographie behaviour of ayocompound formed MBTH with O- isopropenyl- phenol of Etrofolan hydrolysate in the boron-hydroxide-NaOH- EDTA sestem at the potential of- 0. 35V(Vs. S. C. E)has been studied. The sensitivity and stability has been in-creased by the addition of ethanal(1 1). The method is hight sensitive. It is higher ten times that colorimetry. The Peak current wasdirectty proportional concentration of Etrofolan in the range of 0.04 - 1. 5ppm. The ralative standard deviation and recovery is 4. 1%and 96% ~ 99. 2% respectively. The method is simple and reproducible. it gives almost the same resultsas those of the colorimetry. |
