应用SF-36量表测定埃及血吸虫病与日本血吸虫病患者生命质量的比较

目的应用SF-36量表测定埃及血吸虫病与13本血吸虫病患者生命质量的分析。方法应用SF-36量表对104例埃及血吸虫病患者、110例日本血吸虫病患者（慢性64例、晚期46例）、135例正常人进行生命质量问卷调查。结果埃及血吸虫病患者生命质量8项维度得分与慢性血吸虫病患者比较，只有3项（RE、BP、GH）维度得分差异有统计学意义（P=0．03、0．00、0．00），而与晚期血吸虫病患者比较，有6项（PF、RP、sF、BP、VT、GH）维度得分差异有统计学意义（P=0．00。0．01）。结论慢性血吸虫病、晚期血吸虫病患者的生命质量显著低于埃及血吸虫病患者，尤以晚期血吸虫病患者生命质量最差。

Comparison between the life quality of the patients infected with Schistosome haematobium and Schistosomejaponicum by using SF-36 scale

Objective To analyze the life quality of patients infected with Schistosome haematobium and Schistosome japonicum by using SF-36 scale. Methods Questionnaire survey with SF-36 scale was conducted for the life quality of 104 cases with Schistosome haematobium, 110 with Schistosome japonicum （64 chronic cases, 46 advanced cases）, and 135 healthy subjects. Results Statistically significant difference （P=0.03,0.00,0.00） was shown in three scales out of eight in the Schistosome haematobium infected cases and chronic cases of Schistosome japonicum infection. Statistically significant difference was also found in six scales （P=0.00-0.01） in advanced cases of Schistosome japonicum infection. Conclusion The life quality for chronic and advanced cases of Schistosome japonicum infection were lower than that of Schistosome haematobium ones infection, and advanced Schistosome japonicum infected subjects had the lowest quality of life.
