泌尿生殖道支原体临床分离株对7种抗菌药物的耐药性研究

摘    要:目的 比较7种抗生索对泌尿生殖道支原体临床分离株的抗菌作用,指导临床用药。方法 采用直接肉汤药盘法测定了临床标本中146株解脲脲原体(Uu)和92株人型支原体(Mh)对7种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果 146株Uu对四环索、多西环索、米诺环素、罗红霉索、阿齐霉索、交沙霉索、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为34.2%、24.7%、28.1%、8.9%、4.8%、11.0%、和28.8%。92株Mh对四环索、多西环索、米诺环索、罗红霉索、阿齐霉索、交沙霉索、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为55.5%、25.0%、45.7%、97.8%、100%、8.7%、和16.3%。耐四环索的Uu和Mh株对多西环索、米诺环索、交沙霉索以及氧氟沙星存在交叉耐药性。850例Uu和Mh混合感染者对交沙霉索的耐药率最低(8.1%)。结论 泌尿生殖道支原体的耐药性监测对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To compare the activity of seven kinds of antibiotics against clinical isolates of urogenital mycoplasma and to guide physicians in the therapeutic disposal. Method Resistance of seven antimicrobial agents against 146 strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and 92 strains of Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) from clinical specimens was determined using the direct broth disc method. Results For the resistant rates of 146 strains of Uu were as follows: tetracycline (34.2%), doxycycline (24.7%), minocycline (28.1%), roxithromycin (8.9%), azithromycin (4.8%), josamycin (11.0%) and ofloxacin (28.8%); and for 92 strains of Mh, the resistant rates were tetracycline (55.5%), doxycycline (25.0%), minocycline (45.7%), roxithromycin (97.8%), azithromycin (100.0%), josamycin(8.7%) and ofloxacin (16.3%). The tetracycline-resistant Uu or Mh showed cross resistance to doxycycline, minocycline, josamycin and ofloxacin. The lowest resistant antimicrobial agent to both of Uu and Mh from 850 mixed urogenital tract infection was josamycin (8.1%). Conclusion Resistance monitoring of urogenital mycoplasma periodically had important significance in clinical drug treatment.
