微卫星标记技术及其应用

摘    要:微卫星标记具有数量多、在基因组中分布广、多态性丰富、呈孟德尔共显性遗性、检测快速方便等特点.本文简述了微卫星技术基本原理、优点和检测方法以及在实验动物科技等领域中的应用,例如遗传连锁图谱、分子标记辅助育种、遗传多样性分析、遗传质量检测等.

Abstract:Microsatellite marker has many advantages such as a great quantity, extensive dispersion around the genome, high polyomorphism, Mendelian codominant inheritance, rapid and convenient detection. In this paper, it were briefly introduced principle and structure, the application ofmicrosatellite technique was reviewed in the study of animal, for instance, construction of genetic linkage map, molecular marker assisted breeding, evaluation of genetic diversitv. genetic monitnringand so on were summarized.
