高血压患者动态血压变化节律与昼夜血浆内皮素和一氧化氮浓度的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨高血压患者昼夜24h血浆内皮索(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)浓度变化与动态血压各参数及心率(HR)的关系。方法:对46例高血压患者佩带24h血压、心率动态检测仪自动记录心率、血压等参数,同时采用放免法和比色法测定患者24h内不同时间点血浆ET、NO浓度。结果:高血压患者血浆ET与平均动脉压(MAP)、HR有明显的夜间2:00低谷和晨起8:00高峰的昼夜节律性变化,并且高血压患者ET及MAP24h均明显高于正常对照组,而且呈正相关。同时高血压患者血浆NO明显低于正常对照组,血浆NO与MAP24h两者之间呈负相关。结论:血压的调节明显受ET、NO的影响,ET、NO在高血压的发生发展及血压的昼夜波动中起重要的作用。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO) and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) in patients with hypertension.Methods:The plasma ET and NO were determined by radioimmunoassay and ELISA respectively.Meanwhile,24 hour ABPM and heart rate(HR) were recorded by ABPM system.Results:There were significant rhythm changes of blood pressure,heart rate and plasma NO,ET followed as rhythm of day and night.The mean artery pressure(MAP) and ET in patients were higher than that of normal control group.There was positive correlation between MAP and ET.The plasma NO in patients was lower than that of normal control group.There was negative correlation between MAP and NO.Conclusion:The regulation of blood pressure is affected by ET and NO.ET and NO take an important part in fluctuating of blood pressure of body between day and night.
