| 摘 要： | 候选癌基因SEI-1(又名SERTAD1和TRIP- Br1)位于人染色体19q13.1区域,它编码的蛋白分子P34SEI-1能阻碍P16INK4a抑制cyclin D1- CDK4复合体的形成,促进细胞生长.已发现SEI-1在多种肿瘤中相比正常组织过表达,包括乳腺癌、卵巢癌、食管鳞状上皮细胞癌等.随着对SEI-1基因功能研究的深入,人们发现它与一些重要的细胞生命活动调节通路或分子相互作用而且对肿瘤的发生发展有一定作用.该文综述了SEI-1的分子结构和功能,以及在肿瘤发生发展中的作用.

| Abstract: | Candidate oncogene SEI-1 （ also named SERTAD1 and TRIP-Brl ） is located in human chromosome 19ql 3. 1 , and it encodes P34^SEI-1 to hinder P16^INK4a which can inhibit the formation of cyclin D 1-CDK4 complex and promote cell growth. In breast cancer, ovarian cancer and squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus, SEI-1 is overexpressed, compared to normal tissue. More studies have shown its involvement in some important regulation pathways and its interaction with some important molecules, and thus its contribution to tumorigenesis. This review include the molecular structure and function of SEI-1 , as well as its role in tumorigenesis. |
