中医辨证治疗64例消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

目的对中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效进行分析。方法随机选取2010年12月至2011年12月于我院接受诊治的128例消化性溃疡患者,将其平均分为两组,对照组患者给与西药治疗,观察组应用中医辨证疗法进行治疗,2个疗程后对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果比较分析发现观察组的胃镜下溃疡愈合率和幽门螺杆菌根除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论中医辨证疗法是治疗消化性溃疡一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of 64 Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treated by TCM

Objective Analysis the effect of Peptic ulcer treated by Chinese medicine diagnosis and therapy.Methods Randomly selecting 128 cases of patients with chronic peptic ulcer from December 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital,which divided into two groups averagely.Control group is treated with western medicine,the observation group applicated with Chinese medicine diagnosis and therapy.Compare and analysis the effects of two groups after 2 treatment.Results The comparative analysis found that the ulcer healing rate under the upper and helicobacter pylori eradication rates of the observation group significantly are higher than the control group（P0.05）,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）,which have the statistically significant difference.Conclusion Chinese medicine diagnosis and therapy is a safe and effective method to treat peptic ulcer,deserve clinical application.
