神经外科ICU治疗STBI 463例临床分析

目的:通过总结463例重型颅脑损伤患者的救治体会,探讨其有效治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析某医院神经外科ICU收治的GCS 3～8分重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料。结果:463例GCS 3～8分重型颅脑损伤恢复良好237例(51.2%),中残51例(11.0%),重残19例(4.1%),植物生存9例(1.9%),死亡147例(31.7%)。结论:专科治疗配合早期ICU监护,对提高重型颅脑损伤的救治成功率起着非常重要的作用,可显著改善GCS 3～8分STBI患者的预后。

Clinical Analysis of 463 Cases of the Treatments of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury in Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit

Objective：To summarize the treatment experience of 463 severe traumatic brain Injury patients in neurosurgical intensive care unit to investigate the effect and outcome.Methods： The clinical data of 463 patients with severe traumatic brain Injury in neurosurgical intensive care unit were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among the 463 cases（GCS8）,237 cases（51.2%） had good outcome,51 cases（11.0%）had moderate disability,19 cases（4.1%） had severe disbility,9 cases（1.9%） survived in a vegetable state,and 147 cases（31.7%） died.Conclusion ：Specialist treatments and early monitoring and nursing to patients in NICU are very important to rescue the patients with severe traumatic brain Injury（GCS3-8） and can obviously improve the prognosis.
