| Abstract: | This paper discusses the hospital culture construction layout and development issues under new circumstances,introduces experiences of culture construction of grass-roots hospitals,explores methods and thoughts of innovative hospital culture construction,and proposes that hospital culture construction can improve medical service quality,enhance the soft power and elevate the core competitive strength of the hospital. |
