| 摘 要： | 目的对阿托伐他汀治疗急性冠状动脉综合征效果进行研究,分析其药理作用。方法随机选择我院2009年9月至2011年9月收治的急性冠状动脉综合征患者76例,分成A、B两组,A组43名患者为观察组,给予阿托伐他汀治疗;B组33名患者为对照组,给予西洛他唑片治疗。结果经治疗,A组患者病症恢复优于B组患者,患者血脂水平及血清炎症因子水平降低程度高于B组,治疗有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组。结论阿托伐他汀对于抗感染、改善血脂效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective On atorvastatin effect of the treatment of acute coronary syndrome,analysis of its pharmacological effects.Methods Random selection in our hospital in September 2009-76 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome,admitted in September 2011,divided into two groups（A,B） A group of 43 patients in the observation group,to give atorvastatin treatment;B 33patients in the control group,given Sylow cilostazol tablets in the treatment.Results After treatment in group A patients with disease recovery than group B patients,patients with blood lipid levels and serum levels of inflammatory factors lower than group B,treatment efficiency than in group B,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in B group.Conclusion Atorvastatin for anti-inflammatory,to improve blood lipid effect is better. |
