38例甲型H1N1流感病毒核糖核酸阴转影响因素分析

目的分析甲型H1N1流感患者病毒核糖核酸（RNA）阴转的规律和特点。方法对北京地坛医院收治的38例甲型H1N1流感确诊患者的RNA转归情况、可能影响RNA转归的相关因素进行统计分析。结果甲型H1N1流感患者病毒RNA一般在病程的第6天发生阴转，热程越长、流感样症状持续时间越长，RNA阴转的时间越长。早期应用磷酸奥司他韦抗病毒治疗可促进RNA阴转、缩短热程和促使症状恢复，但性别、年龄不影响RNA的阴转。结论体温和抗病毒治疗是影响甲型H1N1流感患者病毒RNA阴转的主要因素，热程、流感样症状持续时间也有一定影响，但仍有必要继续观察和探索。

Factors affecting RNA negative conversion in 38 cases of influenza A(H1N1)
