影响乙肝疫苗接种相关因素分析

目的 为了解在同一地区、同一免疫策略、但不同生活质量人群的乙肝免疫效果及其影响因素，以采取对策措施。方法定点观察记录1997～2004年出生儿童437名，对他们的HBsAg携带率、乙肝疫苗接种、家庭生活质量、母亲HBsAg携带等情况，对其统计分析。结果HBsAg携带率为在家分娩者高于住院分娩，山区高于县城；及时、全程接种乙肝疫苗和HBsAg阳性呈负相关；母亲HBsAg阳性与儿童阳性呈正相关。出生地点、胎次、家庭从事职业、家庭成员和经济收入的不同对乙肝疫苗全程接种率和首针及时接种率的差异有统计学意义。结论新生儿及时、全程接种乙肝疫苗是阻断母体HBV垂直传播的重要举措；人群生活质量等对乙肝疫苗全程接种率和首针及时接种率有显著影响。

Analysis of impact of HBsAg carrying rate on the life quality of the population

Objective To understand the results of immunization of hepatitis B and impact on the life quality of population in the same area. Methods The HBsAg carrying rate, results of immunizaito nof hepatitis B vaccine, life quality and HbsAg carrying status of their mothers of 437 newborns were surveyed from 1997 to 2004 years. Results HBsAg carrying rate in those delivered at home was higher thatn those in the hospitals. Negative correlation was observed between HbsAg postive rate and timely and full vaccination. The HBsAg carrying rate in rural inhabitants was higher than those of urban residents. Mothers positive for HBsAg were positively correlated to children positive tfor HBsAg.The factors of birth place, income, occupation of family members did affect the full course vaccination and the first inoculation of heaptitis B vaccine. Conclusion Timely and full courser of inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine is an important measure for interrupting vertical transmission of hepatitis B from mothers to the nwborns. In addition, The life quality of the poppulation affect the full course and timely vacination.
