摘    要:目的:优选衍宗育子胶囊最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法安排试验进行优选,以淫羊藿苷总量为指标,确定最优提取工艺参数。结果:衍宗育子胶囊的最优提取工艺条件为:浸泡0.5h,提取溶剂量为10、8、8倍量,提取2次,提取2h。结论:优选得到的提取工艺质量稳定,重现性好,设备简单,适于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules. Methods: Sellected the contents of Icariin as the most important factor, the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimal extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was adding 10, 8, 8 times water, soaking 30 minutes and extracting 2 h/time for 2 times. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technology applied to industrial production for stable quality, good reproducible and simple equipment.
