| 摘 要： | 目的：优选衍宗育子胶囊最佳提取工艺条件。方法：采用正交试验法安排试验进行优选,以淫羊藿苷总量为指标,确定最优提取工艺参数。结果：衍宗育子胶囊的最优提取工艺条件为：浸泡0．5h,提取溶剂量为10、8、8倍量,提取2次,提取2h。结论：优选得到的提取工艺质量稳定,重现性好,设备简单,适于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules. Methods： Sellected the contents of Icariin as the most important factor, the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results： The optimal extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was adding 10, 8, 8 times water, soaking 30 minutes and extracting 2 h/time for 2 times. Conclusion： The optimal extraction technology applied to industrial production for stable quality, good reproducible and simple equipment. |
