粗茎秦艽资源研究进展

通过查阅历代本草、实地调研及检索文献考证，考证了粗茎秦艽的药用历史，并对其资源分布、群落学特征、种植业现状、化学成分、药理作用、分子生物学等方面的研究进展进行综述，并提出当前存在的主要问题及今后的研究方向。

Research Progress on Resources in Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.

Through analyzing the textual research on herb, on-the-spot survey and literature retrieval, this paper makes clear the medical history of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk. , and provides an overview of its resource distribution, phytocoenological characteristics, present state of cultivation, chemical composition, pharmacological effect and molecular biology. On the basis of all the efforts above, we put forward the present problems and the future research direction on G. crassicaulis. This paper reviews the recent progress in resource distribution, phytocoenologicals characteristics, chemical composition, molecular biology, pharmacological effect and cultivation of Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.. Medical literatures of past dynasties and modern were collected and analyzed combined with the flied investigation. The results showed that G. crassicaulis was used as Qinjiao since ancient times, and the cultivation of G. crassicaulis has a promising development prospect. The present problems and the future research direction on G. crassicaulis were also discussed.
