摘    要:
创伤是人类的重要死亡原因之一,造成的死亡与伤害又以年轻族群、社会生产力族群为主,对现代社会的冲击巨大。目前鲜有文献聚焦如何构建高效能的创伤中心或急诊医疗中心,以处理紧急病危的创伤患者,甚至是大量伤员。本文作者走访国内多所创伤中心与医院,综合国内外专家意见,认为未来创伤中心须以安全、患者为中心,重视患者隐私、空间与医疗设备运用弹性为辅,并将"人流、车流当成水流来处理,以引导代替围堵"。在以患者为中心的创伤救护观念中,笔者将介绍正在兴建的医院,使用配置有加护监护仪器、生命支持设备的电梯,将重症病患垂运送至手术室、加护病房。期望未来能设计兴建出更有效能的创伤急诊中心。

Abstract:
Trauma is one of important causes of death in China. Most of the lost and injured are the youn-gest and most productive members of society,resulting in a huge damage on our society. However,there are few arti-cles focusing on the design of a high efficiency trauma center or emergency medical center which can handle numer-ous patients with urgent medical needs. After visiting internationally renowned trauma centers and interviewing with experts,we generalized that a trauma center should focus on safety,patient-centered and respecting patient privacy, flexible use of space and preparing for the future,and "manage traffic flow and people as water flow,with guidance substituting containment". Under the concept of"patient-centered trauma care",the space layout and patient flow design is to minimize the distance between resuscitation room, radiology and elevator. A designated elevator e-quipped with ICU monitors and life supporting equipment transport critically injured patients vertically to operating room,cath lab or ICU. We hope that more efficient trauma centers can be established in future.
