西安市临潼区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带状况

目的掌握西安市临潼区食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性的携带状况，以加强该行业乙型肝炎高危人群的干预工作。方法2006年用全血乙肝表面抗原（WB—HBsAg）检测试条对11402名从业人员HBsAg携带情况进行检测。结果HBsAg阳性235人，HBsAg阳性率2．06％。男性HBsAg阳性率2．90％，女性1．55％，男性高于女性。结论HBsAg阳性率低于全国水平（9．75％），但仍应加强对食品及公共场所从业人员乙肝疫苗的预防接种工作。

Carrying Status of HBsAg among Food and Public Places Employees

[ Objective] To understand the carrying status of HBsAg among food and public places employees, so as to strengthen the intervention among the high-risk group of hepatitis B. [ Methods] With the whole blood hepatitis B surface antigen （ WB-HB- sAg ） test strip, 11402 employees were tested HBsAg. [ Results] 235 （2.06%） were HBsAg positive. HBsAg positive rate for male and female was 2.90% andl. 55% respectively, male higher than female. [ Conclusion ] The local HBsAg positive rate was lower than the national level （9.75%） , but the hepatitis B vaccination among food and public places employees should be strengthened continuously.
