不同干预措施对青少年固定矫治患者牙周健康的影响

目的探讨单纯口腔卫生宣教与定期牙周洁治与对青少年口腔正畸患者牙周健康状况的影响。方法选择牙周健康、因错胎畸形需固定矫治的青少年患者110例（男52例，女58例），完全随机分为2组：卫生宣教组与牙周洁治组，卫生宣教组单纯采用口腔卫生宣教，牙周洁治联合实施定期牙周洁治。于固定正畸治疗前和治疗后检测牙龈指数（GI）、菌斑指数（PLI）和龈沟出血指数（SBI），进行统计学分析。结果治疗前2组间牙龈指数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而治疗后卫生宣教组的牙龈指数、菌斑指数及龈沟出血指数分别为（2．28±0．50）、（2．33±0．46）、（2．96±0．58），与牙周洁治组[分别为（1．23±0．30）、（0．55±0．28）、（0．61±0．41）]比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论定期牙周洁治在固定矫治过程中能有效降低牙周疾病的发生率。

Effects of different interventions on periodontal health in fexed orthodontic treatment of adolescents

Objective To investigate the different effects of oral health education or oral health education combined with regular periodontal scaling on periodontal healthy status in adolescent orthodontic patients. Methods Totally 110 patients (52 cases of male,68 cases of female)with malocclusion and periodontal health were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:a group of simple oral healthy education group and oral health education com-bined with regular periodontal scaling group. Gingival index (GI),plaque index (PLI) and gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) were examined and analyzed before the treatment and after the fixed orthodontic treatment. Results Before treatment there was no significant difference in gingival index(P >0.05) between the two groups. After treat-ment, GI, PLI, SBI of periodontal scaling group [(1.23±0.30), (0.55±0.28),(0.61±0.41)] were better than that of healthy education group [(2.28±0.50), (2.33±0.46), (2.96±0.58), (P < 0.01)]. Conclusion Regular periodontal scaling can effectively reduce the incidence of periodontal disease.
