| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的可行性、适应症.方法 回顾性分析2003年2月～2005年12月32例腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术的临床资料.结果 32例均在胆道镜的配合下完成,其中胆总管切开取石后置T管引流27例,胆总管切开取石后Ⅰ期缝合5例.2例发生术后胆漏.结论 对腹腔镜下胆总管探查取石术,不管是采用T管引流还是Ⅰ期缝合,只要掌握手术方式及适应症,腹腔镜下治疗胆总管结石是可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and indications of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE).Method The clinical data of 32 patients who underwent LCBDE from February 2003 to December 2005 was analyzed retrospectively.Results The LCBDE were accomplished with choledochoscope in all patients.T tubes were placed in 27 cases,the primary suture of common bile duct were carried out in the remaining cases.Bile leaks happened in 2 cases.Conclusion No matter the T tube drainage or primary suture is performed following LCBDE,the LCBDE is feasible for the management of common bile duct stones(CBDS) if only the indications and operations were controlled. |
