人流术中不同镇痛方法的比较

目的比较不同镇痛方法的效果。方法随机选择2001年4月~2006年8月我院门诊行人工流产的健康孕妇560例,随机分为四组:A组(静脉给药)、B组(笑气吸入)、C组(局部麻醉)、D组(对照),各140例。对术中镇痛效果、宫颈口松弛情况、手术时间及术中出血量进行比较。结果A、B、C组镇痛方法均有显著效果,A组优于B组和C组,B组与C组的镇痛效果无明显差异。A、B、C组镇痛方法均有显著的宫颈口松弛作用,而A、B、C组之间比较对宫颈口的松弛作用无显著性差异。A、B、C组能缩短手术时间,术中出血量无明显变化。结论本组420例孕妇分别采用A、B、C镇痛方法进行人流术,减轻了孕妇的痛苦,缩短了手术时间,减少了手术并发症,提高了手术质量。

Comparison of the efficacy of different anesthesia techniques in induced abortions

Objective To determine which anesthesia technique provides better pain control during induced abortions, in order to reduce the pain experienced during abortion. Methods 560 healthy women conducting induced abortion in our hospital from April 2001 to August 2006 were divided into four groups randomly, with 140 cases in each group. Intravenous anesthesia, inhaling nitrous oxide and local anesthesia with 2% lidocaine was carried out in the A group, B group and C group respectively, and non anesthetics was applied in the D group. Analgesia efficacy, cervix dilatation ability, the operation time, and the intraoperative bleed loss of the four groups were compared. Results The analgesia efficacy of the A group was better than the B and C group, and there was no significant different between the B and C group. There was a tendency of a greater dilatation ability using all the three anesthesia techniques compared with the D group, and there were no significant different among the A, B and C group. The operation time was shorten in the A, B and C group compared with the D group. Conclusion The use of appropriate anesthesia technique may be preferred as it has the advantage of improving pain control during abortions, shorting the operation time and reducing the occurrence of complications.
